SHIPPING POLICY
1.Orders are usually send out in 24-48 hours after receiving your order information and confirmed payment.
2.Delivery usually takes between 4-7 business days for FEDEX ,DHL, 15-45 days for post shipping. but can take longer (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.
The courier we use normally are EMS, Fedex, USPS and DHL.
3.Estimated Delivery Time Frame:
Orders over $50 (5-10 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
Ground Shipping (3-7 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
2-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
1-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
International Delivery, Canada and U.S. Territories only (other charges may apply)
4.Depending on weight and volume and in order to avoid delays from customs revisions, products might be splitted in more than one package. Therefore more than one tracking number will be provided, one for each package.
5.If your order is very large or your delivery address is outside our normal delivery coverage a special delivery cost may be added, in this case we will contact you to discuss the charges and options.
6.All orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 3pm on Fridays. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following Saturday.
7.Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the pre-arranged delivery service.
